exercise give you a clear mind and head, but it
also boosts your productivity and allows you to
get more things done throughout your day.

a higher pace? Exercising reduces stress and
allows you to live a pressure-free life. However,
you need to be careful not to take proper rests
and breaks. A big part of exercising is the
nutrition and sleep.
